hmmm... mine doesn't have any type of lock or handle, just pulls up... I guess the newer Palazzos and Legacys have them now... must be a security thing.

Try contacting TriMark @ (800) 431-8616. I don't know who makes the locks and keys for the engine access doors but, I got replacement entry door and compartment keys from them.
