Leveling before and after slides areout?

We have a FR Legacy SR300. We auto level before putting out the slides, as recommended by the manual. After the slides are out, it's no longer level. Is it harmful to auto level again after the are slides out?

Thanks,
Gabe

I would just bump it up to level on manual. Lot less movement on the system.

No auto-level here and I don't like to move the camper with the slides out.

I level with the slides in. Only very infrequently does the camper settle after setup.

The old Wicked Kitty always settles a bit. The back stabs a lot of times need a tad adjustment. The fronts never since I always set the side opposite the slides just a tad higher.

your levelers are perfectly capable of 'leveling' the rig, even with the slides out, as we've done this many times... but using the 'manual' method provides a quick and easy way to add a little to whichever side you need to... I always use Manual mode now, anyway...it's just easier for me to do it than wait for the system to jump around and finally level it, but leaving it much higher than I can on my own.

Also, drop your air bags before you do. Your coach will sit much lower, with a lower center of gravity, and the legs don't have to travel near as far, either. Much less movement is noticed in the coach when moving around, also.

When you get ready to leave, let the bags air up, then use the 'auto retract' button on the levelers... many times the legs are then already off the ground and they'll be no 'bumping' down as they move up.

I set the rv 1 bubble high on the slide side. Once the slides are out it is level.
