Looking for Legacy 34 in the Northwest

I have been research RV for a bit now and decided that the Legacy 34BH fits what we want.

The problem is there don't seem to be any dealers near my in Olympia, Washington. Nearest dealer is 3 hour drive away and they don't have any 34 footers. Is being near a dealer important?

Also, is seems a new one is almost the same as people are asking for a 4-5 year old one. Why is this?

RV owners very often over-value their rigs, especially if they owe money on it and didn't realize how fast RVs depreciate.
We bought our first new trailer, from a Chicago dealer 2000 miles away. Never had any issues getting warranty work done. Just dropped it off, during the off-season and told them I didn't need it till March.

Thanks, that is what I was thinking on the prices.

Are there any dealers that can work on the Legacy near us in Washington? We have a Freightliner guy just down I-5.

I have no idea, as I've never seen a Legacy nor do I know much about Motorhomes.

I prefer to do any work myself as I have found the dealers to be useless. If you look out of state might save at least$10,000.

Living in Lynnwood, WA, I bought mine from the CW dealer in Draper, UT. on a trip to Hurricane UT. Yes, many thousands less. I used to drop it off at CW in Burlington, WA for warranty work until I couldn't get it back for months. Switched over to the local Poulsbo RV for mfg and extended warranty work, as well as regular service. I had purchased a Gulfstream 31' gasser from them previously and had always found their work satisfactory.

Thank you for the information. I have heard that about CW locally.

Now to find one, seems that I will have to travel a bit to find one.
