74 Broken Arrow - Spray Foam Insulation - Yay/Nay

Since we have a blank canvas on this - we are thinking 2" of closed cell foam in the walls and 3" in the ceiling. Fully taped/caulked between each upright (or ceiling truss) and the skin to prevent foam from getting between the skin and the stud and causing any ripples.

All of the original 1/2" firring strips were (will be) replaced with 3/4" plywood strips. I am using 3/4" for extra support and strength, plus I have about 20 sheets of the 3/4" from a remodel on another project.

Any advice / recommendations/ first hand experience with spray foam on one of these projects?
