2019 Grey Wolf - 26DBH Exterior Color

Hey All,

We're taking the plunge and buying an RV travel trailer to tow behind our 2020 Ford Expedition. We're looking at used models to save a few dollars and found a Grey Wolf - 26DBH Limited one that looks promising.

What's odd is that this one is Tan with a Red stripe on the exterior for the color scheme instead of the Grey with a Blue stripe. The 2019 brochure indicates the grey/blue combo.

So, my question is... is this one I'm looking at really a 2019 model year, or an earlier model year? Did they change the 2019's mid-year over to the grey/blue or just certain models/sizes?

Thanks for the help!

I don't know the details of this trailer you've found... but my 2015 Wildcat is not like others here on this forum even though the model number is the same. Mine is a different color and has its bedroom slide cable system mounted above the slide where other 2015s here have the cables under the slide.

X2 What Mr Dan said my rig is a 2016 and came with equipment not offered on a 2016 according to the brochure. Check the paperwork for the actual year.

Compare these to see if maybe you have a late model 2018 or an early model 2020:

2018 brochure: https://www.forestriverinc.com/broch...lfbrochure.pdf

2019 brochure: https://www.forestriverinc.com/broch...lfbrochure.pdf

2020 brochure: https://www.forestriverinc.com/broch...lfbrochure.pdf

My 2019 Wolf Pup, subset from the Cherokee line and shares colors with, has the tan with red line. However it is an early year model that I actually got end of April 2018. Later in the year the gray and blue came out and the bunk window was swapped from a slider to a tilt out escape type. There were a couple other minor changes, like LP gas fitting for an exterior grill. Bottom line, changes and upgrades get made during the model year, not just annually.

Both our trailers were early year builds that differed from the models built later that model year. Our new 2007 Roo had interior decor from 2006. And our current 2016 TT was discontinued for the 2016 model year and is not on the 2015 brochure.

We have a 2019 26 DBH that is grey and blue that was purchased in February 2019. I have also seen 2019 models that are tan and red. I suspect that one of two possibilities occurred. One possibility is that there was a model design/color scheme change-over in the fall of 2018 for the 2019 models. The other is that we have a Limited which may have resulted in a color change from tan to grey. I don't know for sure which scenario actually occurred, but I have seen both color schemes on 2019 models.

We have a 2018 Cherokee Limited 274 DBH. We have the burgundy stripe. Same floor plan; higher off of the ground. The slide is level with the floor on the interior. Not sure if the burgundy is part of the "limited" package. Purchased used. Photo in avatar.

We have a 2019 20RDSE that's the tan/burg. we looked at the same one at 2 different dealers and one was tan/burg and one was gray/blue both 2019 new models. their was some slight differences between the 2 but i went with the tan/burg because we got a hellofa deal because it had slight hail dings, the dealer got like 60 brand new campers hit with hail.
I asked the same question about the color differences for that year and the dealer said its sold as a brand new 2019.
I bought it in March 2019 and this is the pic of it in my driveway the day I got it home in April.
