23DBH dinette cushion puzzle

Hello all!!

Last night was a rough one at the campsite. Started as a fun night and the weather was beautiful! Put the kids to bed and stayed up to have a few more beverages with the wife and neighbors. Time for bed and our 8 year old gets sick in his bunk. I mean SICK. So sick that we had to throw the mattress away in the morning. We decided that my wife would lay with him in our dinette so they could watch a movie and hopefully sleep. We spent the next 45 minutes trying to figure out the dinette cushion puzzle. Multiple google and forum searches later we weren't any closer to figuring it out (we didn't have THAT many cocktails! did we??) Long story short; anyone figure this out? We read that there may be a filler cushion that came with some trailers? Should I make a cushion just for this purpose? What have you guys done?

Also-anyone have a mattress for sale?

some story. so the bottom line here is the cushions have a gap correct regardless of how you position them.
