23DBH - Toddler Bunk Bed Security?

We're picking up our new 23DBH tomorrow and are going to be putting our toddler in the bunk area to sleep.

Any suggestions for keeping her in there at night? Would a simple baby gate between the two walls work? I'm thinking because of the angle of the opening/walls I won't be able to get the baby gate to stay put.

Suggestions much appreciated!!

Worst case scenario, you could mount a piece of 1x1 to give the baby gate something to slide up against.

You'll want to make sure that anything you do is easily UN-doable in the event of an emergency. You have less than a minute to get everyone out in a fire.

here's what we came up with... simple and effective! kinda turns it into a little jail but we already had the baby gate so it was a no cost solution!

We use to just stick a fun noodle up underneath the edge. It made enough lip that they could not roll out but they could get out of they had too
