26DBH Faucet Leaking

I have just brought out my trailer from winter and hooked up power and water. Water though works all good except for the main sink where it seems to be dripping when water is turned on. Continually dripping...
I did notice the connection loose when I was looking at it closer and took a picture once I put the line back in. It is strange that the faucet handle line is with two small o-rings and nothing to tighten it on with so very strange if water pressure came in high then I am sure it would pop it off.
I took this picture of the connection area for reference.
Any ideas on how I can get this leak to stop???

Hard to tell from that picture but does that unscrew from the faucet. I would contact FR to get the model of the faucet as where you are pointing if that is the culprit area appears to not be repairable as to how it is crimped or appears to be crimped. May need to replace the entire hose piece.

We just had the same issue with what appears to be the same faucet. I couldn't find anywhere to try to fix it either. We replaced it with a residential unit.
