274DBH Need a favor

I've asked once in the past for a measurement and I'm looking for help once again. I'm planning to purchase and attach a 12x20 patiomate screen room to my 274DBH but my trailer doesn't get delivered until next week. If anyone has their 274DBH nearby I'm looking for the measurement from the bathroom door (left side) to the main entry (with door ajar). I also placed a call to my dealer and they are working on it as well. If o don't have the 20' I don't think the screen room will work.

It is at least 20'. Might be a little more but not much.

I need the distance to be under 20' as the screen room is about 19'6" long and if it's more than that, I won't be able to fit the screen room on and be able to open both doors. I was thinking about starting the room after the bathroom door is ajar but I don't have 20 ft along the roof line.

Well then I cannot help you here because my 274DBH Has more than 20 feet of roof line. You can always shift it right to left I suppose or make it smaller.

Thank you very much for the help. The screen room has aluminum panels that cannot be adjusted. If I shift it left, I would have problems opening the main door. If I shift it right , I'd run into trouble with the bathroom door.

Look on the specs page and see how big the awning is. I think it's 15-16 ft. You should be able to guesstimate from there.

Yeah the awning is 15' and I'm guessing the average door width 30" with frame, so when doubled the length is right at 5'.
