Vesa 100x100 is where the mounting holes on the back of the TV are about 4-inches apart and in a square.

And typically on most all LCD or LED TV's smaller than 32-inch TV's (with exception of the 32-inch models I mentioned above).

Vesa 200x200 the mounting holes are about 8-inches apart side to side and I'm not sure of the measurements up and down.

Most TV's 32-inch and larger have Vesa 200x200.

Larger TV's (say 65-inch and larger) may have a different VESA number...I don't know.

It should also be listed on the TV's box or online in the specs for your particular TV.

It's always best to look at the manual or actually measure the vesa mount. I've gotten a few tv's that even had a 75x75 mount and one that has a 400x400. Then there are the odd sizes of 100x200, 75x100, etc..

We bought a new 274vfk in November and I installed a 43" LG television. I removed the plastic mount that came with the trailer and have the TV mounted with a more substantial metal mount. I moved the plastic one into the bedroom and installed a 20" TV there.

The 43" fits fine but I wouldn't want to go any larger.

No way was I going to hang a 43" on that plastic PAW hanger. I also removed it and mounted a stronger metal one and used the plastic one of a 20" for the grandkids.

We leave both of them up. The metal hanger is very strong and we've had no issues. Just make sure it's anchored securely.

I was the test Guinea pig on my 2019 294bh with my 43 in vizio in april of 2018. I have driven east coast to west and north to south of America with the tv mounted on there. Never feel. The tv is lite so it's not an issue. I have been on non pavement roads. Get the paw mount from amazon and put it on your tv and enjoy. Also its quick to mount and in mount.

So I just installed a 39 inch Insignia in my Cherokee 264CK. There was NO WAY I was going to get a 43 inch to fit in there. Your entertainment center may be different, but mine is about 40 inches wide, 27 and 3/8 tall. Mine came with PAW mounts inside and out for the main backer area, but in order to slide the TV in, I had to move the mount down about an inch. Hope this helps.

mine is like the 43 in the pic at the top same entertainment thing.. I ordered a locking one to tilt it toward the seating to see it fits with room ... thankfully

I just bought a 40" Samsung on clearance this afternoon and I am afraid it is either I build a custom mount or raise the existing mount on the wall. My opening on my 26DBH is right at 24 inches tall and while the TV is only 21" the 200x200 mounting holes on the television are all located above the center line which would place the PAW mount at the top third of the television, way too high on the television by probably 3 inches at the bottom.

For those who have moved the wall mount do you know if the backing extends above or below the existing mounted area?

Edit: I reread the thread, looks like another poster replied with the backing plate being about 8"x8".

I ditched the paw mount because would have been enough to slide it on the mount with it that big. I bought a bracket I could angle towards the couch ect.. However my tt is a 294bh.. It fit actually perfect..

I ended up doing the same. Bought a standard wall mount from WalMart that had a 400x400 vesa adjustable mounting area and used the top 2 holes on the 400x400 to mount my 200x200 to give the TV about a 5 inch rise. I needed the rise due to the backing location centered and the vesa location being so high. The vesa mount location on this TV was odd to say the least with it being so high on the back of the TV, the top holes were 2 inches from the top of the TV and bottom right about at the center line. I have roughly 2 inches of clearance at the top and an inch at the bottom. I used 6 lags and I am more than happy with the results in sturdiness as well.

Mine measured 13" tall by 12" wide. I did read somebody else measured 8x8 though so I would say no two are alike. I was able to measure by slipping a tape between the wall in the hole made to run cords and wires through to the opposite bedroom wall and then measure to the plate, below the plate, then side to side from center.
