1) Water heater switch by the sink, does this turn on the electrical outlet for the water heater under the bed, which uses the heating element only for hot water?
Secondly, the switch in the water heater outside on/off, is that to disable the electrical which enables it for gas?
Lastly, what is the correct button combo to use for GAS only, and for Electrical only?
2) How do I use the RCA cables in the wall near the door, is this to broadcast the TV audio through the speakers using the Furion stereo or is this input to allow for a DVD player somewhere? Does it have anything to do with using the TV outside?
3) Can I back feed CATV antenna if the power antenna is off? I read a few posts about it but wasn't really clear. There doesn't appear to be a splitter anywhere to prevent this.
The water heater switch turns on the propane heat function. The electric heat switch is on the water heater itself, accessible from the outside. You can use these switches independently, or both at the same time. With the outside switch off, and the inside switch on, you will use gas only.
The way mine was wired up, the jacks are outputs from the stereo, not inputs to the stereo. However, these are easily changed by taking the panel off the side of the cupboard and moving the cables from one jack to another. I did this to send audio to the stereo from my TV.
What do you mean by back feed? There is a splitter behind the preamp, that splits the signal to give TV to the preamp jack, and FM to the stereo.
