Anyone with a Grey Wolf 20rdse

We have a 2020 grey wolf 20rdse. I know there are other with the same one but they done pop up much. If you have one, we would love to see it. Any mods or tips would be great as well.

We have added a 27” Vizio smart TV to ours just to the right of the kitchen area. It is on a swing out arm. Works great and is a good size for the space.

Still new to this so help is welcome.

2019 many mods, 3000w inverter, and solar system, battery monitor, added a hi-pressure propane line for my Colman grill, backsplash kitchen, and bath, kitchen faucet, shower head, shelves in closets, pressure tank for the water system, lift for bed storage, repaired holes under the shower pan and support for it, auto transfer switch between shore power and inverter, and surge protection when connected to shore power, made new window valances and added shutters, replaced bathroom door with a curtain, replaced the mattress. I'm tired.

Enjoy your new Grey Wolf. We love ours.Click image for larger version

2018/2019 Here - LOVE it! Thankfully I didn't need many mods... started with the mattress going to a memory foam from the same company that we had in our bedroom - moved on to door lifts for the two funky doors above the dinette, added lifts for the under bed storage, a new shower head, extend-a-shower (not as much impact as we expected), added wheel clamps on the fold-down at the back to accomodate two bikes (make sure to add bracing that bolts/connects to all the sides - the bikes can pull the steel mesh and break the welds to the sides). We're in good shape now- considering LED tail lights and adding a 'third brake light' under the back window by using one of the LED strips designed to be put under a truck tailgate.

We have had our 20RDSE for three weeks now and have been trying to make a few practical modifications. We’ve only had it out once one a test run weekend. Here are the things we’ve done so far with a couple pictures:
1. Cut out half of the panel next to the toilet to give a little shelf and opening for the toilet paper.
2. Moved the black water flush hose to under the sink to open up room on the new shelf.
3. Installed waterproof panel along the top of the shower.
4. New shower head.
5. Sealed off the under bed storage from the basement and put two struts to keep the bed up.

We sure have appreciated all the tips we’ve received from everyone on the forum and YouTubers! We hope we can help out as we gain a little experience.

we removed the cover above the radio and built in a small cabinet to keep dvd's and cd's.. we also installed aluminum L pieces to the side of upper cabinets with small blocks of wood to hold cabinet doors in open position when needed. ours is a 2017 20rdse.. when the bedroom window holders broke i used shelving channel for the repair.

We took out the wall next to the radio. Gave us more storage room. Also took out the wall under bathroom sink for more storage. Added short shelves to closet, so we had more room for folded clothes but could still hang clothes. 2 Shelves to each closet. Used wire shelving. Added a handlebar to front door. MUCH better. Husband built a small cabinet between pantry and dinette. Added doors to end of storage under dinette. Put a small wall to make a small cabinet on each end. (Still have storage under seats) I keep my cast iron cookware and instant pot in these. That way I can access them faster, rather than to have to tear apart the dinette to get to them. Added strut lifts to cabinets above dinette and under bed. Bought foldable shelves and added to cabinets for more storage. Moved wall under sink for more storage. We are getting ready to add wood to sides of each drawer, (maybe sliders) to hold trays for more storage above and under tray in drawer. They are so deep, loss of space. Camco has a small silverware drawer which will fit. So the wood will hold it up, and I am putting my dish towels under it. Like I said, we haven't done it yet, are debating if I want to have to lift out the tray or slide it back. Lift out would be much easier.
We have plans for more.... just haven't had the time..... We are getting ready to try our first month camping in Arizona in January. So..... we are looking at additional ideas for storage and comfort... any ideas?

Oh.... and we got a new mattress topper. 3 inch memory foam. Love it! We got new tires. One blew out first use! Also got a tpms system. Put a wall up to separate under bed storage from basement. Added some glow in the dark tape to rear and hitch and steps. Husband is FOREVER running into them! lol..... Added a lock to hitch. Changed locks on basement storage. And we added a softstart to the air conditioner.

I just purchased a 2022 model and picked it up two days ago. Taking it out this weekend for our first trip.

No mods so far but I like the idea someone shared earlier about the bathroom for the TP roll. I might have to look into something like that myself. Not much room in the bathroom for many changes. I think we're buying a stick on TP roll holder for inside the door.

We did replace the mattress with a different mattress/memory foam for the bed. I think we're taking out the table in the back and just buying TV trays but that's still to be determined.

Where are you buying the struts for the bed and dinette boards? Amazon?

Still scratching my head trying to get the damn backup camera to sync but that's not a major emergency yet.

Thanks for the ideas so far.

Amazon on the struts. If you do remove the dinette, I would love to see pics!
We used our camera once! It's garbage! There are several forums about it.

Excellent. I will look into that. Thanks.

As far as the dinette goes, we removed the table and the floor rings last night. Not sure if we intend to go any further than that at this point. We're looking for a smaller table of some sort to fit in there but for now, we'll just use TV trays to put our coffees on. Something we can hide when not in use. My wife is a little fussy on what to put in there so it's a work in progress.
