Question Battery Disconnect on Grey Wolf 23dbh

Is there a battery disconnect switch on a Grey Wolf 23dbh Limited? If so can you please tell me where? Thanks

Hmmm. Here is my concern then. I just went out to the storage site to check on it and get a measurement. The battery was pretty much dead. Barely enough power to lift my jack a little. The only thing on that I cannot turn off is the DVD player/radio. It is just the clock but would this be enough to drain the battery over a two week period? If so, how do I resolve this issue without a battery disconnect switch? Thanks.

Co detector draws one amp an hour!
And the only way to disable it is un hooking the battery.
Disconnect battery during storage or install a disconnect switch.

You probably have other parasitics drawing power than you know i.e., propane detector, CO2 detector, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, stereo/DVD, etc.
You fix it with a battery disconnect switch between your unit and the battery [s]. Meanwhile, shut off your breaker switches till you can install one OOOOORR disconnect the battery cable.
Your stereo/DVD unit CAN be shut off by a breaker switch in your power distribution panel. They should be marked.

Look under your propane tanks for a big red switch. That's where my disconnect is located.

Our 2015 23bd did not. I added one to the top of the factory battery box. Did the same on our new Cherokee.

Thank you everyone! I will go out there tomorrow and look for a switch under my propane tanks. In the mean time, how do I get this battery back up to charge? Do I need a battery charger? I know they are deep cycle batteries but I am new to this. Is there possibly a power inverter on it? If I hook it up to a 30 amp circuit will that charge the battery in any way? Thanks so much for yalls help. If there is no battery disconnect switch, I will order one and install it. In the mean time, I will disconnect the battery.

Thanks Turbs. So the TT should charge while its hooked up to main power? I am actually going to install a 30 amp breaker and recepticle tomorrow here at home. Our first trip is in 2 weeks and i will bring it home next weekend and have it hooked up for an entire week before leaving.

Yes, it will charge anytime it is connected to shore power.

Now you know the proper way to wire a 30 amp outlet for a camper right?

Pretty sure that yours doesn't come with one from factory.

All RVs come with power CONverters, not INverters.

Only some Motorhomes and a few 5th wheels come with factory installed INverter.

Yes, unless you drained the battery past its recovery point, plugging into shore power will allow the CONverter to recharge it.

30 amp 120 BUS correct? My brother in law is an electrician and he is going to come help me with it. I am a Process Operator. Give me chemicals and I can do something with them. Give me electricity, and I can set a house on fire. Lol
