cherokee 304bs winter use

I am in San Marcos Texas, so winters are not bad. I am here during the week on work, then back to Tomball area on weekends. I am going to leave the small ceramic heater going when forecast is below freezing, with cabinets open. My questions are, should I turn off hot water heater breaker each time and drain. And if I had tank heaters(I did on last trailer) where would switch be? Since I cant find it I assume I dont have them

I don't recall the BS having heaters. I know my 2018 BS doesn't and not sure if it was even an option. I've also got the open belly on mine. Leaving the WH on would prevent it from ever freezing.
