Caulking on Cherokee Lite 28A

We just bought a used 2005 Cherokee Lite 28A this summer and have never owned a TT before. We have always owned pop ups. I would like to keep up on normal maintenance before it turns into a problem. I have read many posts referring to checking caulking and replaced it before the leaks start. It seems that nobody ever says what kind of caulk to use for a TT. With the pop up we just used the normal silicon for the seams but the material I see on this TT seems to be different. Here are the questions:
1. What brand\type would you recommend to be used on the roof seams?
2. What brand\type would you recommend on the body where like the fender meets the body?
3. What brand\type would you recommend around the storage compartments?
4. What brand\type would you recommend for the rain gutter?

I am not sure if they are all the same for all of these that is why I am asking.
If you could provide links to where to purchase it also that would be great.
