I have defective frameless windows. Two were not glued properly from the vendor (cleer vision) and therefore do not fully press against the seals. When it rains, water runs behind the windows and worse they are at risk of coming off as I travel. I discovered this on April 8th. I Gorilla Taped the crap out of them, then emailed my dealer and the FR warranty contact from the website.
FOUR MONTHS later my dealer has confirmed that the order they submitted hasn't been touched. I have emailed FR week after week and I get short and snarky comments about "ask your dealer". They did their job, FR isn't doing theirs. I am at my last resort: spamming all of their social media pages.
I am done playing nice. I'm pretty close to showing up at the manufacturing facility and taking two window assemblies and walking out.
If any FR employees/reps are lurking here, reach out to me. What I need is simple, but you are making it hard.

I feel your pain. On my 3010 DS, all I asked them for a while ago on more than one occasion was advice on how to fix a slide out issue and all I got was crickets. I didn't even want parts or warranty. Just advice to do it myself. They have a long way to go..

There are none here, that work for any of the Towable divisions. Just the Motorhome divisions.

FR’s warranty department is probably just as swamped as their production lines are right now. And a no response from FR means that at this present time they don’t “have to deal with your problems”, and hope you will just get frustrated and figure it out on your own time, and your own dime. A suggestion would be to research the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and see how that could be used in your favor towards nudging FR to warranty your issue. Even a certified letter with the applicable portions of the M-MWA sent to FR, along with a nicely strong worded “If need be all legal action will be used and taken against you (FR) in accordance to the M-MWA if you fail to uphold Federal law and regulations” would at least get you a “How can we help you” phone call.
