Door cracking

This spring I noticed the inside of my door cracked in several spots. It was not there in the fall and sat all winter. Any thoughts on how to repair and why it happened?

Stress cracks by thermal contraction given it sat through a Michigan winter...just a guess though.

My old trailer had a door that cracked like that. I suspected it was because the window was installed with too much torque on the screws holding it together. I sold the trailer before I fixed. I believe you can just buy the door panels and replace them. Probably have to check with a dealer or the manufacturer for the panel, though.

Just noticed exact same thing on my 2019 2104s MiniLite. Was not there before trip I am on now. From all threads I am seeing - suspecting a manufacturing defect that causes these??

I’d bet a months wages that the material is polystyrene and given it’s vacuumed formed to the door it would be prone to stress fractures when rapidly heated and cooled.

I gave up thinking about it and just went camping. Unfortunate but it is what it is.

My previous travel trailer developed these cracks after about 6 years. Owned it for 9 years. Had no problems with it (other than the cracks, of course).

My front door has multiple cracks on the inside like those shown - thus far, no issues to report. Other than the door latch feeling loose when I pull it shut.

Figure it to be stress fractures, age or usage - some combination of all three?

Looks like crap though. We have the same thing. Anyone tried to repair with Flex Seal?
Anyone actually order the replacement panel? Just wondering what the costs would be.
