Door jam swells in heat

Hello

I have a 2121 wolf cub TT that when it gets hot in the trailer the latch side of the door jam expands and prevents the door from closing. The plastic door frame is screwed to the end of the wall at the top, middle and bottom and the door frame expands between the screws. Not sure more screws would fix the problem??? any Ideas

Thanks
George

Sounds like the same problem I had. I found that opening my door 90 degrees and pushing inwards towards the door frame and bending the hinges back towards the door jam would help. I'm not saying this is going to help you, but that was the simple fix for me.

I've had the same issue with my R-Pod 179.

I was thinking of shorting the door frame 3/8 of a inch and slotting the screw holes.... What do you think?
