Finding camper model

I'm in the process of purchasing a 2001 forest river cheerokee.the bank needs to know what model it is, I have it narrowed down to 27x, or 27g. Due to the 27 foot length and the fact that it doesn't have any slide outs. Can anyone tell me the difference between the two models or how I could find which one it is. Thank you!

Try www.rvtrader.com

I looked and couldn't find anything close to that model.

Are you certain it's not a 25?. Usually the model number is less than the length of the rig (no idea why)

The model number is usually the box length and then the trailer includes the tongue and bumper as well.

According to NADA, both models are 29', not 27'.

That's possible. Back when we bought our 2010 trailer, they measured the tongue as part of the model number. Our 21' Classic Cruiser is only 19' long.

Got any pics? Inside and out. Serial no tag should have some specs. I think Google and pics will determine

The box length is 27" the overall with hitch is 29" I'll have too look into RV trader. Nada list the 29 foot long units and models 27 g and 27 x which is why I figured one of those would be the correct unit.

Call the Cherokee division with the VIN and they can tell you exactly which model you have.
