First trip.. All worked flawlessly except the dang norcold fridge seemed to stay too cold, had to turn it off at one point. I think to adjust the temp you move the thermostat to the right on the fins, at least according to you tube.
I might need to get a different thermostat, but otherwise it was a blast. Truck pulled it flawlessly, and we loved the extra room with 4 teenage girls!
I have a Dometic fridge and have it turned all the way down and it will still find the occasional frozen egg as I try to make breakfast.

Not sure on the Norcold, but on the dometic, you slide the thermistor up and down to regulate temperature. Moving it down on the fin will decrease temp.
