Front 'Plate' Screws Backed out

The screws that 'secure' the bottom of the front black diamond tread plate have come out on my first lengthy road trip.

They appear to screw into some type of insulation backing piece?

Is there any magic to securing these?

Thinking of adding a few more, and loctiting or dicoring them in place before I start my next lengthy road trip.

Input welcome.

Welcome to the forum.

You've got a new rig, so you might want to call the dealer and see if they have any suggestions. The might be able to send out a mobile mechanic to make certain nothing else is going on that might cause problems in the future.
