Glass door breaking?

Hey all I have a 2022 grey wolf 29te. It has the glass doors for entry. We’re currently camping and the door to my bathroom all of a sudden has a huge crack. Didn’t hit anything. Has anyone else had issues like that? Was forest river east to work with?

Your first line of repair should be your selling dealer.

FR "may" be able to assist you but it will take some legwork.
Each division has a contact page with information on who to contact but I've found getting through to some divisions brutal. (read Cedar Creek)

I do have to ask though... you really have a glass entry door to your bathroom?

I have seen those glass doors. Doors opaque when someone enters the room and close the door. But like 5picker just said wow. I would think that would be too high end of a product to be in a camper. But if it is, my apologies and please show us. they are cool.

When they said "entry door", I don't think they were referring to the shower.

The way I look at the floor plan, the rig has an entrance door that goes directly into the shower! HUH...
Am I missing something? That does not pass the reasonability test...

And I mean no disrespect to the OP and his rig!

Thanks! The selling dealer is a bit far. I wasn’t sure I dmv forest River could help with a closer dealer.

Yes the entry door is a black glass, it does look rather sharp- in more than one way!

FR might find a closer dealer for you to go to but you'll be at the mercy of that dealer's schedule since you didn't buy from them.

R/V franchises are nothing like automobile dealers.

You could also contact a mobile technician.
Some make you pay up front and make you get reimbursement from the factory, some do that for you. It just depends. Regardless, be sure to get prior authorization either way.
