Grey Wolf 28BH How to manually move the slide out

I have been searching and searching of how to move the slide in and out manually, since I have been reading all the horror stories on this forum about how they get stuck I want to be prepared, but to no avail. Can someone enlighten me, so I can do a dah!! moment. I have looked inside and out.

If your trailer is as in video and slide as time frame 2:43 with top and bottom side rails, then you have a schwintek system...
