Hello and...help with device identification! lol

I recently purchased a used but almost new 2021 Grey Wolf Limited 26DBH Travel Trailer. In the "master bedroom" there is what appears to be a charger of some kind which also has two USB ports. Anyone know what the charger portion charges? I asked the seller but he had no clue and said he received nothing with the trailer that charged at this docking station. I'm assuming it's for an add-on feature/accessory he didn't choose. Thanks in advance for any help solving this little mystery.
