Question Hot water heater

I purchased a new Forest River Cherokee travel trailer 8 months ago. I have a problem when I run my air conditioner, and have the Suburban water heater running on propane, the trailer fills up with carbon monoxide.

Any answers or suggestions.

Hot water heater

The exhaust and intake for the
A/c are right next to each other on the ceiling, it doesn't draw air from the outside.
