Inverter and EMS

I have added an 185W solar setup with a 2300W inverter to my existing 50W juice pack on my 2021 17JG.

I know I am setup for boondocking or for no service campsites.

I would like to know whether installing the EMS-HW30C hard wire unit is worth it for the times I am going to use shore power.

Anyone have an idea as to how the inverter will actually be connected to the TT?

Only you can decide if it's worth it. One bad instance of applying 220v to the camper or other issue and you've likely paid for the 30amp EMS.

There are quite a few methods of installing an inverter and they range from very simple to very complex. Again, it's up to you to decide how much convenience you want.

Info on installing an inverter into an RV
