Looking at a Cherokee 306mm

I think this is a new model for 2021. It would be an upgrade in size from our 274 RK which we have had since 2017. We've had a very good experience with it, but we would like a larger bedroom, an outside kitchen and more space in the living room area. The 306 does all these things. It is a fairly plain rv and lacks the fancier amenities that more expensive units provide, but it has what we would like. I did a search on the forums for any discussion on the 306mm and didn't find any. There are not many of them available in Ohio where I live.
I did a lot of searching and found about 4 in the state. We're going to look at one tomorrow. If any of you do own one or know anything about this model, I would appreciate any advice or information you can give.

I looked at a few online due to your post. They seem like they do have a more spacious LR common area layout but not a second bedroom. If that is what you need over sleep area, appears to be a decent layout. It is a 40 foot system from tongue tip to end. Check your two vehicle rating to make sure it is within ability. I have no idea what you are towing with and how close your specs are now.

Otherwise we like our FR Grey Wolf TT.

Bathroom might not be accessible when the slides are in.....for some people it is important when travelling.

We looked at it in person and did a deal on one. As for our tow vehicle, we have a 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500 are. It is gas but has a payload of about 3800lbs and a tow rating of 13100. Rig has ulv of 8500 and change. Give rating is 11000 lbs. Even fully loaded we should be ok. Hitch weight is published at 940lbs. I think we are in good shape on the tv. No rv is perfect, but this one meets our requirements pretty well. We will keep in mostly on a permanent site but might take some trips too.

I don't think that will be an issue for us. We will have it on a permanent site most of the summer. We might take some trips but I don't see it as an issue.
