We picked up our 16FQ (with Limited package) last week. We took it out for a couple nighter this week, all the important stuff worked great and we love the thing. But, I have a list of issues I've raised with the dealer and I was wondering if there's comments/common experiences on any of these things...
- Bathroom sink was off white, almost yellow. My wife hates it, really doesn't look right. All the pictures on-line show it gray. We've asked for it to be replaced.
- Sound system speakers are wired backward, zone 1 should be inside so the subwoofer functions with the inside speakers. As it is now, the subwoofer only works when the outside speakers are on.
- When the subwoofer is on and loud enough to contribute to the sound, there's terrible vibrations/resonances going on that makes it too annoying to use.
- Does not have the LCI OneConnect gateway installed, even though the Limited package clearly identifies it's inclusion as does the promo video on the FR website. I've asked for it to be installed.
- Driven camera system was DOA, so we have nothing at the moment
- Using the outdoor speakers causes nasty vibration/resonance inside the camper.
Again, the thing is perfect for us and all of these things aren't really tier 1 priority issues, but I've asked for them to all be addressed. I gather the speaker wiring problem is not unique to our unit, and I've read about issues with the Driven camera system. How about the other stuff? Is it realistic to expect the dealer to address them?
