We just bought a 2021 19SM Grey Wolf with a Base Camp package. I just noticed on the FR website that the pkg includes a power tongue jack yet the dealer is wanting to charge extra for the jack. What am I missing?
I note you stated you just bought ... have you taken delivery yet?
Don't take delivery or sign final papers until you've had your PDI and YOU are satisfied all your questions are answered, and all the things you are supposed to have are physically in your possession.

I was curious and looked at same model (new), at several dealers and of those, only one had the power tongue. Most had the manual version. Plus, I did not see where the Base Camp included it on the listing. Maybe I missed it but there seems to be those with and without.

Welcome from Wisconsin. Congrats and enjoy your 2021 Grey Wolf 19SM. I just looked at FR website and they do list the power tongue jack as included in the Base Camp package. They dealer could be trying to get more $ out of you or FR no longer includes it in the package which they can do in their 'small print'. I'm thinking the 'stealer' is jerking you around.
Ask the dealer for the VIN then call that FR division. Give them the VIN and they will have the build sheet that shows everything the trailer was supposed to have left the factory with.

I have the 2019 sm and I think we paid about 17000 and included the power jack. I think most of these come with the same pkg on them. It should have already had the power jack on it.
