New Thermostat

So I have the Dometic thermostat in my 19 Alpha Wolf and it is just too sensitive to everything. Looking for an upgrade. see attached picture

I would check behind the front cover to see how many wires you have coming into the unit. If it's only three, you won't really be able to replace it with a home style controller as the 'main' controller is up by your A/C unit at the ceiling. I have a Dometic Brisk with the same thermostat and I thought I could upgrade it.. nope.

to sensitive means it cycles on and off all the time? or the temp swing between on and off is too much?

I read from factory it has a 2 deg temp swing. (most homes are set to 1 deg) you can set the temperature differential from the front buttons.

see Temperature Differential page 9

Here is manual

But it appears this thermostat has 3 wires. 12V positive and negative, plus 1 communication wire that goes to AC. than your heater is also wired to AC where the AC controls heater based in input from thermostat. so your not going to replace it with a common home thermo.

Got the same T-stat. Had to learn the "Right Touch" to control it. I do like the temp sensitivity, but yeah, the buttons are touchy.
