new to me cherokee 30f

Hi. New here and just bought a 2006 cherokee 30f TT. It's new to me and like heaven on earth. I want to keep it that way, so would appreciate any tips/warnings/quirks anyone can share to keep it in great condition and avoid any damage.

Basic maintainance! go up on the roof 2 times a year to check all seams and seal when necessary. keep the roof cleaned and sealed and keep the trailer waxed and it`ll look good for years to come. check and grease the wheel bearings once a year.
