Ordering a Cherokee 39H Next week
My wife and I are ordering a 39H next week, I'm getting the below options:
Enclosed underbelly
Slide toppers
Spare tire
Power package
10 gallon w/h
15K AC
2nd AC for master bedroom
Night shades
Serta mattress upgrade
I love the 3 bedroom layout with the jack and Jill bathroom for the kids. I've never had a park model before, anything we should be on the lookout for? Any other options I should look into?
I would love to get some feedback before we bite this big of a bullet.
Thanks in advance

Congrats on your decision to go with the Cherokee 39H. I just googled it, very nice floorplan! That bath in the back is a nice feature. Are there any shades for the skylights over the dinette? It could get pretty warm with the sun shining down. Might want to consider getting some, just my 2 cents.

We opted for the awnings over the slides as opposed to skylights because our lot is pretty wooded. Having two boys a typical bunkhouse would be fine but we have a boy and a girl and she's rapidly needing her own space.
Does anyone have any Cherokee 39 info any floor plan? How they hold up, etc... I don't want to buy another one for many years. This will be our third trailer since 08 started in a fleetwood niagara then an outback 250rs.
Thanks.

We used to have a Fleetwood Hemlock. Same floorplan as your Niagara but they changed the name after the first year. Loved the bathroom and amount of counterspace for a pup!

I liked it as well. It was a big upgrade from our tent. Problem is, we rapidly realized we used it as a camper not as a tent. Never opened windows, always ran the AC etc. we then decided to go with an actual travel trailer after 2 years of the pup. Weekend camped the rest of that year, but fell in love with one campground and were there 8 weekends in a row. Just made sense to become a resident there. This will be our third year there and we love it. So it's time to go up in size.

TooFast, we have a 2011 39p. We love it. We have it on a seasonal site and enjoy it every weekend. Our was purchased from Susquehanna RV in Pa. and it has been flawless. You will enjoy it. We traded in a Roo Hybrid for the Cherokee.

Couldn't be happier
Where the deck ends is the end of the old camper.

it is May 11th. Hopefully I have time to lift the deck, finish building it, and be ready for people by then.
