Outside mounting

I want to mount two levels on my TT for obvious reasons. I’ve used self adhesive and they just fell off, so I’d like to just screw them on. Any suggestions on how I can do this, but maintain a seal?

Before levelup, I would use butyl tape and two small self tapping screws to affix levels.

RTV or better known simply as silicone caulking. Use it on any holes you make in your siding. There is also a gummy tape that acts as it's own gasket sealing. You can also buy automotive grade double back tape at auto parts stores that is used by factories to attach logos and accessories and forget the screws.
