We had a few problems with our 284 BH after the third camping trip. We had a leak on the awning at the seam which they applied silicone and partially worked. We also had a GFCI outlet go bad in the bathroom that they replaced. I cant remember the third thing we had fixed.

My biggest complaint is when I went back in a few weeks ago to ask them to go through and show me what I needed to do to properly winterize the unit. I got a few vague comments about bypassing the hot water heater. I already knew that. I was after where the water pump was and what I needed to get to be able to winterize the unit. I spent two hours last night trying to locate everything.

I bought a surge protector after the problem. It could have been a defect. It also could have been because of faulty campground power. The surge protector has a light system that shows if the power is miswired.

We had a few problems with leaks our first year, the unit went back to the factory, and all is well this year. I really liked the service we got from FR.

GFI issue

We had the same issue with our bathroom GFI. I just did some trouble shooting and replaced it myself. I can't figure out exactly what it was, but when I noticed it, was when I tripped the door step light by grounding the switch. Blew the fuse as well as destroying the GFI.

I just used my new grey wolf 27bhks this weekend for the first time, could not get the heat to come on either.
Had plenty of propane, stove top burners worked fine. Just no heat, any ideas on how to get it to work?
