Question from new Wolf pup owner

Hi all. I have a new to me 2018 wolf pup 16FQ. I need a new scissors jack. Is the one I am replacing made by Lippert?
2) Where can I get an entry stairs latch? Can't find it on Amazon. Who sells Them?
3) I assume that I have a Lippert 3500 axle. Does it have the Super Lube system? There is a zerk fitting under the rubber dust cover. Many thanks in advance. Jerry

I don't see any 'made by' sticker on any of jacks on mine.
My steps are StepAbove by MORyde
Axle is 3500# by Lippert - no sure about lube/zerk.
