Enjoying my Forest River RV?
NOT!
Have spent the first 2 years FIXING Everything on this Absolute Piece of Junk!
And I’m not done! Every time I open the door I find something else has Fallen Off!
The Biggest Piece of Junk I have ever owned!
What does the Dealer say you ask? He said he doesn’t even want my Business after he sold me the Trailer. The Manufacturer? They have done Absolutely Nothing!
If you buy a Forest River Product You are on your own!
Absolutely 0 Factory Support!

The OP owns a 2017 Cherokee 204RB TT.

roadster, since FR makes almost 100 different brands and has numerous divisions, I posted this since you didn't have it listed in your profile.
That way other Cherokee owners can help out with your issues.

Own a 2018 Cherokee Patriot Limited Edition 304BS. Yeah...had a couple issues. Dealer fixed one and I fixed the rest. I just kinda expected it when shopping for it as I noticed the build quality while at RV shows.

I'm curious as to what issues you've been having also. I've had a few small fit and finish type issues that I've fixed on mine, but nothing that I'd bring it to the dealer for. Like doors not latching properly and the rear bunk bed hanger poorly screwed in. It would take me more time to go to the dealer than just to fix it myself. It gives me something to do while we're camping and it's raining.

Wife and I own A 2017 Forest River P T Crusader lite 29rs. I have to say it has been relatively problem free. 40+ years of camping off and on in Truck campers, TT's and MH's have taught us problems do arise. This was our first 5th wheel and first new camper and loving it.

After 4 Forest River TT's, I a firm believer in their products. We've had a few events over the years but had them rectified by FR or corrected myself.

If your expecting perfection from an Imperfect world, you'll be disappointed.



When we were purchasing our next TT, we would considered other manufacturers, but had to stay Loyal to FR.

I tell you what I'll do (if you are still around, which I doubt). You list your problems, one at a time.


For each one you list, I'll list two. And we'll attach some level of severity to them also.


And I have so far gotten every one of them fixed, at FR expense.



P.S.
Before my current unit, I had a Cherokee Grey Wolf. I actually had it 3 years and had ZERO issues with it.

I’m sorry to hear that. Sounds like you might be better off selling it and taking a lose.
