Roof treatment

How often does everyone clean and condition the roof of their trailer? I have a 274dbh and have been told by other rv owners that it should be done at least once a year. Any input would be great!

Nice to see another 274DBH owner. We just got ours three weeks ago and the roof treatment is one of the first things I did. I plan on doing it 2-3 times per year. This stuff really helps. I used it on the last trailer we had and it keeps the roof in much better shape.

certainly not an expert on this, but clean with Spic and Span and a soft bristle brush and spray with 303 Protectant

Amazon.com: 303 (30313-CSR) Aerospace Protectant Trigger Sprayer, 32 Fl. oz.: Automotive

Holmes, to answer your question, I use the Protect-all rubber roof treatment. Pirate, I am pulling with a 2008 Dodge ram 2500. It handles the trailer really well and pulling power on hills is definitely not a problem.
