Side View Cameras Anyone

Hi all. We singed the papers for a Grey Wolf 29TE this past Saturday. The dealer still has at because we could get our trade in to budge despite some massive snow clearing.

Given the size of the 29TE, and where I park our camper at home I sprung for the side view and well as the rear view. All Furrion. I tossed the dear a bone and bought the rear view and monitor from them. Picked up the side views online.

Anyone install these on an aluminum sided trailer? I Know I will likely have to build a shim.

I've not done it but I'm thinking if I were to do so, I would likely just build my shim out of the standard gray putty that comes in sheets they use as sealant behind most things they mount on the sides of the trailer. Then a bead of non-self leveling dicor around the edges.
