Siding Trouble

My 2016 Gray Wolf Toy Hauler has had the siding replaced with some sort of kit installed, under warranty, due to buckling. The aluminum was actually separating in places. It was in the shop for 6 months out of the past year that I've owned it during prime camping season while residing in Montana. It is beginning to buckle again. Anyone else had this problem?

I have left 2 messages for Forest River warranty dept, but no one has returned my call. They were great to deal with the first time. I don't want to have to lose out on another summer of camping, any suggestions on what I should do?

I would guess a lot of frame flex and flex in the wood framing. Something has to give somewhere. I have seen a lot of stick and tin trailers over the last few years with buckled siding or siding falling off. Most likely a sign of the times, the RV sales boom, and the resultant "we don't give a crap about quality" attitude of the manufacturers. Good luck.

I also suspect it is not the siding but rather frame flex causing the siding to buckle.

And the siding they use now days is a thinner gauge than a Coors can. Not that I know all that much about siding but I know plenty about Coors cans.
