Smaller Wolf Pup organization solutions?

Would love to see what you have done to help keep things organized in these smaller trailers. From stem to stern...what have you done that works well??

organization idea

I posted these under another thread. Adding them here as organization idea in my Wildwood 167RB

counter extension
cutting board cover over stovetop (doubles as backsplash)
drawer under shelf below kitchen sink
EMS under kitchen sink on small door for access to water pump, etc.
spice rack and paper towel holder

Sorry the pictures are out of rotation, can't quite figure that out.

we have a Wolf Pup 17RP

we use 3.5 gallon buckets as they fit well in the pass through cargo area. small totes under the fold up seat, and a few rubbermaid plastic drawers. we also have a file organizer screwed to the upper cabinets to hold plastic bags and tin foil.

fence post/gutter to hold sewer hose, front mount spare tire holder, 3m shower organizer,

You don't have a hollow bumper?

not on this model. its a toy hauler with a fold down back door. you can see in the fence post pic the sewer hose holder that came pre installed, but its too small and too short to be useful.

If you look through the trailer modifications thread (granted HUGE), you see all I’ve done. No longer have them on my iPad to save memory.
There are a lot of various bins I purchased at the dollar store & Walmart that help a lot and stop things from falling out of the overhead bins.
I use the tapered shaped magazine/file holders (Walmart office supplies) in the front cabinets over the bed on the outside ends to fit the curved TT front after removing those fixed panels. Retained by small bungees, makes easy access vice a far reach in.
The area under my stovetop beside my refrigerator was a HUGE waste of space. I popped that panel out and used a couple plastic plant pallets from a greenhouse for items in there, The burner gas line comes up through there.
Most of the blanking face panels are held by staples from behind. They can be gently popped inward to remove. Look around, you’ll find several blanked off unused areas you can repurpose for storage.
I even popped off the front of the bench nearest the door and remounted it in the center of the space under the bench. Still have a hidden storage under that bench but now have a place to throw shoes and get them out without pulling up the bench seat.
You’ll also find cabinet interior panels slapped in at angles to hide wiring & plumbing. You can square those off, likely requiring trimming, to increase cabinet space overall & better fit square items.
For clothing in the rounded top front overhead cabinet, I now fold and roll up pants and shirts, easier stacking and fitting in.

Yes! That seems like a good way to organize.

Adhesive hooks work well for hanging hats, towels, keys, etc.
Soap dispensers in the shower is high on my list of next things to do.

A lot of cabinet panels can easily pop out... to the inside of the cabinets, to open things up a bit. They're well designed, but some space is still wasted or hard to get to.

There was a guy on youtube that used the panel in a addition to a simple frame he made to make a swinging door in places that didn't have one like under the front dinette seat.

We have a cat so I cut out a hole in the panel below the queen bed and put a pet door down there. Under the bed is where her litter box and food goes. I built a large enough 3-sided box for all that to fit in so she can't just run all over down there and still leaves space for our stuff.

We use storage nets all over the place to hold relvant items.

Small storage nets above the stove for spices
Medium storage nets above the table for work cables (power, etc)
Medium storage nets above the bed for phone charging cables, etc
Large storage net in the bathroom for holding TP, epic wipes, soap, shampoo, etc etc

What do you use on the walls to hold things up? Most things I see state that they do not work on anything other than flat surfaces. Will they work on the walls in the Wolf Pup?

We have used 3M double stick tape (HD rated) to successfully hold a paper towel holder to the bottom of the kitchen cabinet and TP roll to the wall of the bathroom. After our trip to WY and back two weeks ago I am confident that this method will hold for a long time! Those were some of the roughest paved roads I've ever been on!

We searched high and low for different tote configurations to fit various areas of the Pup and I think we have a good solution. You lose some space with totes, but at least everything is in it's place. If I think about it, I will snap some pictures.

Here's how we have things currently setup. Front storage houses bag chairs, camping table, step ladder, entry rug, toys, and our clothes (in the empty spot).

Each drawer under the dinette has totes of various sizes:

Under sink:

Finally the rear storage houses tools, chocks, grill, hoses, cords etc.

We have lots of room to add things, but this seems to be all we need so far. I do see us adding another set of leveling blocks as we have ran into a site last weekend where we could have used them.

Nice! I assume you custom added those drawers? If so, very intrigued on how you went about it as I am interested in doing something similar! TIA!

They are built-in already, under the seats on the dinette. My wolf pup 18to has them also.

Wow, that's great! My 16BHS just allows for the cushions to be removed with storage underneath (plywood between). The drawer feature seems much more functional given the layout of the Wolf Pup. Appreciate the response.

We also have the 16bhs. While it's not a drawer, we popped the front piece of wood out of each bench so we do not have to access it from the top anymore. It makes it much easier to be able to use now for shoes/storage. I wish I had a picture to attach.

Perhaps you could speak to a cabinet maker. If I were to build some from scratch, I would make the drawers as long as I could and still be able to open them. I'd mount them on HD sliders and find some way to latch them in place.

If that isn't an option, what comes stock is just a simple box made from plywood that slides on a piece of wood and rather sloppily has another piece of wood mounted vertically to control side to side movement. Then as it closes, it has a piece of wood stapled to the bottom that lifts over the opening and then keeps the drawer closed.

We plan to make two more in the space along the side wall under our U-dinette someday. They would only be able to open up about 11" before hitting the table support.
