Seems like every time we use the griddle on the outdoor kitchen it fills the camper with smoke. Any ideas on something that needs blocked off or a anything else we should do?
If the outdoor kitchen has a fridge, there is usually a vent or two on the back of the space that vents to the interior of the TT to dissipate the heat. They usually use heat or AC vent fixtures.
The outdoor ‘kitchen’ on my Alpha Wolf 23 is located behind the sink cabinet. The wall between the kitchen and the cabinet is only partial which allows smoke off of the gas range to enter the living room if the wind is right. But honestly I use my portable gas grill almost exclusively if I am cooking outside.
