Under belly Issue ???

The Grey Wolf 26RL we are considering at Camping Would, list that it has an enclosed under belly, something i strongly desire. Getting down on the ground to take a look,and, no enclosed underbell, although listed and charged for on the invoice.With the salesman agreeing it not,he continues to say that is is no problem because they can do it ( enclose the underbelly ) there with no problem and as good as it would have been from Forest River.
Is this possible ??? That they can do it as well as factory ???

as long as you trust your dealer I'd let them do it.
It's just sheet plastic that resembles cardboard.
It's screwed to the frame and any cut out holes are sealed shut.
