Vent Fan Cover Cracked

I have a Grey Wolf 2016 26DBH and the vent fan cover is cracked. What replacement for this cover is the correct one? I need to get this fixed pretty soon. I can temporarily patch it up but would like to get it fixed before winter.

Measure the dimensions and then do a Google search. There are only a couple of different kinds. Identify the one that looks like yours and order it.

Thanks. But I posted on here to see if someone had already done that for this model. Trying to save an extra trip hauling a ladder up to the storage lot and climbing up on top to measure it. I am already going to have to do that after I get the right part. Figured I wasn't the first person with this unit that had the issue.
