You may have construction debris in the vents or one that isn't connected properly. Since this is a new rig, you probably need to take it back to the dealer for warranty work.

How do you know you have good flow from the furnace if the ducts aren't working? just wondering how about telling the forum which ducts are not working.

If it's new, time for visit back to dealer. Recently got a new 5'er FR. had water leaks in breakfast nook. turns out Both hot/cold water connectors loose. Also many other prob. Could be crap left behind inside ducts. or ducts not correctly connected

Took the ducts loose form the furnace, lots of air flow from furnace. Ducts on this model go into the floor, then back up to ceiling. The last MH we had was a new FR 378xl, like this one so much not done correct at factory. Will never buy another forest river product again.

Unfortunately it doesn't matter what manufacture you buy from they all have the same issues with quality control . if you stop buying from one you may as well add them all to the list and get out of rv'ing . one unit may be perfect the next one down the line may have tons of issues .

Are you entirely sure your furnace ducts go up to the ceiling? I have never seen that on any RV unit. Generally, furnace/heat ducts exit in the floor or a side cabinet/steps/etc. and only A/C / cooling ducts are in the ceiling... in which case no furnace air would blow out the ceiling ducts.

Had a buddy work on a friends AC vents in a newer RV that they didn't want to to take to the dealer because they were worried they wouldn't get it back for 6+ months....there was an area that the ducting wasn't even connect and another area where the ducting was partially smashed. Clearly a rush job where the manufacturer was trying to push out as many as possible as quickly as possible to meet the demands.
