Water under wood paneling

Alright so long story short the lady we bought our trailer from thought she was doing us a favor and tried winterizing. In the process she left the water heater filled and line undone so we ended up with some water down in the insulation. LUCKILY it all pooled into a smaller section by the door. I cut open the belly (of a 2021 trailer which nearly brought tears to my eyes) and pulled out all the insulation in the section (about 1’x3’ of which only a third was actually wer) It’s been open with a fan blowing up into the section for 2 days, dehumidifier running inside (thinking it couldn’t hurt even no damage inside). My question at this point is when do I call it dry enough and seal back up? To the touch the small section of plywood (maybe a spot 2 by 8 inches) seems dry to the touch. I don’t have a moisture meter or the means to go out and get one today. Was lucky in the NE almost 60 today but temps dropping to freezing tomorrow with possible snow. Re-insulate and seal up tonight?

If you’re pretty certain that the amount of water from the water heater equals what you figure leaked into the belly, it sounds like you’re good to close it up.
Temperatures being what you say are coming, make sure to tape it up tight.

Hoping the best is yet to come. Good job.

Sealed all up. Don’t know how much drier the ply would have gotten, felt pretty good to the touch. Re-insulted and taped up tight. Should be good to go!
