Trust me, my friend....not just your luck. You have lots of company here. People just can't do their damn jobs right!

If the volt meters are literally that cheap, you may be better to buy one online than use whomever the dealer used for this part. Either that or go to another dealer nearby that has this part you can stop in to buy. This should be a standard part that lots of dealers should have on hand for ya.
