What's this knob for??

Hello! Brand New to the forum and pretty new to RV'ing in general. We recently purchased a 2021 Arctic Wolf 3660 and cannot figure out what this knob is for?? Anyone know? Sorry if this has been asked before, I was not able to locate any info in my searches before posting. Thanks in advance, we appreciate it!

Light dimmer or ceiling fan speed control would be my guess.

We thought that also, but have yet to find anything changed by turning it. We've tried main lights, ceiling fan, accent lighting inside/outside, and even outdoor speakers. Nothing yet.

It is a dimmer switch for your awning LED's. I have the same control on my 2021 Cherokee 5vr.

I tried that today and didn't notice any change, but I'll try it again tonight once it gets dark. Thanks 👍

Hope that works. My leds are not the strip that normally run the length of the awning but they are mounted on the inside of the arms of the awning itself. I have noticed that during daylight hours it is hard to see much difference but hopefully this is the answer to your question.

Me too. My exterior LED's are similar also, mounted on the arms of the awning. I'll find out in a few hours.

Not sure yet, I can't tell in the daylight. It doesn't appear to be changing, but I'll be able to tell more once the sun goes down. I'll keep you posted.

No luck. I adjusted the knob and no change in the outside light brightness. I even stood outside and had my wife move it around, same result. I'm stumped. Maybe they wired it wrong, or didn't hook it to anything?? I'll have to try to get ahold of FR and see if they can shed some light on its purpose.

Nothing in the owners manual about it?

Can you attach another picture showing more of what's around that knob?

Can you pop off the mounting plate and see if there are wires connected to it? If it doesn't appear to control anything, perhaps it's not connected.

or maybe the dealer can shed some light on it (no pun really intended, but ---)

Not that I can find. I've searched all over the internet also with no luck. Here's a pic, it's on the bottom row.

I thought the same thing earlier but didn't have a screwdriver handy. I just went out and got one, there's definitely wires on it and it seems to be hooked to something.

I scanned through a bunch of dealership videos on this camper. Not all of them have the "knob". Most of the salesmen completely skipped it when going over the control panel. Two mention it: One said it was a dimmer, the other said it was the fan control.

Salesmen not knowing their product...color me surprised.

Yep, you got it. I did the same thing and got the same results. We picked it up in September and have been here and there trying to figure it out, I just thought about this forum today.

Is there small LED lights in the hall way / steps. I have a single switch that controls a LED light flush in the wall that acts as a night light. You can hardly see it in the daylight.

Well, if some have it, and some don't, it's an upgrade YEA!
