Wolf Pup Fresh Water - Does it Really Hold 32 Gallons?

I noticed that I can only get 18-20 gallons of fresh water in my brand new Wolf Pup before it begins to run out the overflow, or what I assume is the overflow - a small outlet near the top of the tank underneath the trailer.

The trailer documentation states that it should hold 32 gallons. Any one else have this problem? Any insights?

What I understand about most of these trailers is the "system" holds x-amount, ie. water heater, water lines, holding tank, and the total of the "system" is how they are advertised. I ran out of water sooner than anticipated and I was using conservation methods like "sea-showers" and even using the outside bathroom at a camp. I decided I'm getting a food grade water tank to place in my truck bed. Probably 50 gallons or so. Water is sure a hot commodity when you are gone.

Yep, mine is the same way. I'm have 28 gallons. 22 in the fresh tank and 6 in the hot water tank. I carry two 7 gallon water containers in the bed of my truck. My wife takes the quick showers. rinse, lather, rinse. I use the shower houses where ever we go.
