Wolfpup 18TO coax hookup for TV relocating modification

This might have already been discussed but couldn't find the info if it was. I'm wanting to mount my tv just above the window above the bed and entrance door. I've seen a few on here that have done it and showed a pic after it's been complete. I understand that you can run the cables above the door, but I'm wanting to tap into the coax that is already installed in the camper that goes to the outside antenna. There's 2 spots that I could do it. One is off the ceiling in the back where the wall tv mount is located and the other is on the outside where the spot is for placing the tv outdoors. I want to run a splitter off it and think the outside would be easier to hide through the cabinet and run to a box that I'll cut out next to the slide out and outside awning/speaker light switch. If I split off the inside coax hookup in the back, I dont think I'd be able to hide all the way through the ceiling. I took a pic with my phone of the wires that are located behind the electrical panel and seem to go to the outside. There's a black cable that looks like a coax cable that would be going to the outside hookup but without getting further back in there, it's hard to say. Any recommendations and help will be greatly appreciated.

I mounted the tv above the window next to the door and I taped into the coax and the other cables at the head unit where the adapter attaches. To get to tv with the cables I mounted a thru the wall jack along with the slide out/awning switches; so I can remove the cables if I want.
