120v AC and USB ports not working. Help please.
We have a 2017 DX3 37BH. We are connected to 50 amp shore power. All appliances and AC units are working. However, 120v outlets and USB outlets are not working.
The outlets were working in a different campsite yesterday with 50 amp, and we just lost use of the outlets today at this new campsite.
We have read a lot of electrical threads here, but haven't found the solution yet.
Wondering about GFI reset, but don't know where that is?
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you.

I found the GFI reset. For reference, it is behind the panel next to the fuses on the main bed pedestal.
It was tripped, and so I reset it and that solved the AC outlets
However, usb still not working.

Glad you got it figured out, and in only 12 minutes between posts.
Thanks for letting us know you got it resolved.

Do you maybe have a battery disconnect in OFF position?
I have inadvertently pressed the disconnect switch on the entry panel at times.

I am aware of the coach battery disconnect in the battery bay, and the engine battery disconnect on the floor by the driver's seat. Neither of those is in the OFF position.
Is there another battery disconnect, or something else the might cause the USB ports in the bathroom and bedroom to not work?

Define "not working". What are you plugging in? Some devices require more power than thsoe USB's might provide. mainly iPad Pro's...some things that have converted to USB-C (which normally require more power).
If that device works in another USB of the same exact style, then it could be a fuse.

We are plugging in cell phones that have always charged fine on these USB ports. The USB ports stopped working about the same time as the 120v GFI outlets. The 120v GFIs came back to life with the breaker reset. Which fuse is for the coach USB ports?
Thank you.

I have inadvertently hit this switch which is momentary.
The coach does not work 100% if this light is not lit up.
I have no usb ports in my coach other than ones that I have put in.

outlets are 110V, USB's are most often 12V, so two completely different systems, unless it is a "plug in style" outlet with USB's.
So in the main panel under the bed where you reset the 110V GFI breaker, near that would be the main fuses. Could be a fuse blew or the USB's just died. it happens. I would pull the USB and see if it has power to the outlet (12V), if it does it is the outlet. If it does not, then it is a fuse.

Thank you for your time and courtesy posting the photo! We don't have that switch panel in our coach that we are aware of.
Fortunately we bought a cigarette lighter to dual USB that we use in the cab while driving, and we just bought a 120v to dual USB that we can plug into any 120v outlet when the generator is running or when we are on shore power.
Thanks again

This is a photo of the switches at our entry door. Not sure why the difference? These switch panels do not have a disconnect switch.

We converted to multiplex wiring mid model year, one floor plan at a time.
